My Story

My journey in the Netherlands began in 2011, when I arrived for the first time with one simple goal: to work hard and become the best at what I do.

My very first job was in one of the hotels in the heart of Amsterdam, where I worked as a room attendant. That job changed my life.

From the beginning, I worked in some of the most demanding and prestigious hotels in the city, including:

• Holiday Inn

• Hotel Krasnapolsky

• Hyatt Regency

My responsibilities focused mainly on rooms and general open areas, where perfection is not optional — it is expected.

The first days were honestly hell.
Physically demanding, mentally exhausting, and extremely strict.
There were many moments when I wanted to quit and look for something easier.

So I stayed.
I trained harder.
I improved every single detail.

For years, I delivered deep cleanings at a level most people only imagine — but for me, it was daily reality.

I started training new room attendants.
Not because I asked — but because management trusted me.

Eventually, I no longer needed a supervisor.

Today, I work independently as a freelancer and founder of Cleaning24NL.
